Claude Code with WordPress

This month, Austin Ginder will walk through real-world, hands-on use cases of using Claude Code with WordPress.

We’ll explore how Claude can act as a powerful assistant across development, content management, and server operations — from making direct changes to WordPress sites to performing deep system analysis and generating WordPress themes and plugins.

What we'll cover includes:

  • Identifying and managing large files on a server
  • Uploading images to the WordPress media library and updating page content
  • Performing bulk user password resets with email notifications
  • Generating a new HTML design and converting it into a custom WordPress theme
  • Creating ACF field groups and populating content from static designs Running malware scans, cleaning up infections, and generating detailed HTML reports
  • Downloading and uploading files efficiently
