I'm planning on doing a quick survey of the available WordPress eCommerce systems (including WP eCommerce, Shopp, Cart66, GravityForms, and WooCommerce), and then picking one to go in depth with and demonstrating how to add products, categories, take orders, and some rudimentary styling.

We won't be getting in-depth with things like PCI Compliance and security, but they will be mentioned.
